Apply for a travel grant when you register. Deadline is March 22.
For group registrations, please send an email to shoshana@aspb.org with a list of all attendees, with the following information:
- Full name
- email addresses
- registration levels.
- Special accommodations or dietary issues we need to be aware of.
- T-shirt size: xs,s, m, l, xl, xxl
- If any want to be considered for a travel award, I also need answers to the following:
- How far from Berkeley, California do you currently reside?
- What other sources of meeting attendance support do you have?
- How would attending the meeting enhance your career or educational goals?
Abstract Submission is now open
The abstract submission deadline to be considered for a talk (full length or poster pitch) is March 22nd. Abstracts will be evaluated and notices for talk invitations will be sent ~ April 1st.
The deadline to be considered for a poster presentation is April 6th. Abstracts submitted after April 6th will be placed on a wait list and only be considered for a poster if a spot opens due to cancellations.
Be sure to register for the event AND submit your abstract using the links here or below to be considered.
There are many speaking slots available and early career presenters will be prioritized. Please spread the work and submit your abstract soon!
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
- Submission Guidelines: Provide a brief summary of the research project that you will be presenting at the symposium. Abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee and selected to give talks (10-minute presentation + Q&A or 1-minute poster pitch).
- Deadline: for full consideration, submit your abstract by Wednesday, March 22 (applies to 10-minute talks and 1-minute poster pitches).
- Eligibility: All participants are invited to submit an abstract to present a poster at the meeting. Early career scientists will be prioritized for presentation slots in the plenary sessions.
